Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of appointedachieve.property and the services Appointedachieve Remodeling offers on it. When you use the site, call the number shown here, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Appointedachieve Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We also make no promise about a provider's availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get an itemized written quote and contract.

General Information Only

The content on this site is for general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and your local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate details when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@appointedachieve.property at any time.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Appointedachieve Remodeling or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Appointedachieve Remodeling is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's work, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
