Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 2026

Appointedachieve Remodeling wants every homeowner who contacts us to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Appointedachieve Remodeling went
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said and when.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Appointedachieve Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or speak for a provider.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@appointedachieve.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That can include contacting the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
