Appointedachieve Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run a remodeling business and want more calls from people planning real projects, you may fit our network.

This is not a job offer. You stay independent, run your own company and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent businesses that do:

• Full bathroom remodels and custom bathroom renovations
• Tub and shower conversions, walk-in showers and walk-in tubs
• Luxury bath upgrades
• Kitchen remodels of a meaningful size

The homeowners we refer expect larger projects. Small repair-only work and mobile homes are usually not a fit.

What We Expect

Homeowners are told to compare written quotes. We ask providers to welcome that. Specifically:

• Hold the license and insurance your area requires, and be ready to show proof.
• Give clear written quotes with the scope spelled out.
• Explain price drivers and possible changes in plain words.
• Be honest about which tasks a homeowner can safely do and which need a pro.
• Do not promise results or costs that you cannot back up.
• Return referred calls politely, even when the job is not a fit.
